Test acid for stainless steel
The stainless steel test acid is applied to the test stone by means of a bar test.
Porcedure for the test:
- Apply the test acid to the object and allow to act for about 60 seconds and the wipe off.
- If there is a visible optical brightening on the test object, then it is stainless steel. For Pd white gold (750AU / 135 Pd) no change in the surface is visible.
Application Stainless steel:
The line dissolves automatically after 30 seconds, if necessary dab with cloth.
